The District Stores Operations Manager is accountable with the Store Manager for:

A successful Manager or Director with 5 years of people management experience

2 years of Regional experience managing multi-units (think retail locations)

You can blend strategy and forecasting with Administrative skills and your likable approach to managing teams.

Ensure that all locations are staffed with competent and well-trained employees who deliver exceptional customer service and guest experience.

Reviews safety requirements for field work and ensures that staff are trained in accordance with local health and safety regulations

Have successfully completed related post-secondary education

Knowledge in Architectural design and presentation; intermediate M&E, structural building systems, permit and building codes

10+ years of prior experience in a supervisory/leadership role

Demonstrated leadership experience and ability to provide instruction, coaching, training and performance management

Proficient computer knowledge and skills including

Specific Knowledge & Technical Experience Required

Manages and resolves complex service issues

In collaboration with other Managers, develops and leads regional branch service initiatives and sets branch service direction for the organization

Experience working within a matrix management structure where objectives are achieved by working collaboratively across organizational boundaries.
