Job Type: Full-time
Hours: 40 - 45 hours per week. Schedule to be confirmed upon hiring. Weekday
and Weekend availability required.
Salary: $60K - $65K, twice annual sales bonus

at Park & Fifth we are seeking a mature, outgoing and self-motivated individual to join
our retail management team.
Responsibilities include but may not be limited to:
Role and Responsibilities:
Run studio appointments and walk in clientele, expertly communicating product
knowledge and detailed information about the P&F Un-Bridesmaid and Bridal
Collections.
Manage physical inventory, including back stock and floor stock of the Vancouver
studio, the product movement between the three P&F studio locations and
customer pick-ups.
Manage labor and studio expense budget to ensure the Toronto studio is
operating at the most efficient and optimal level.
Maintain studio organization, merchandising and cleanliness.
Understand the business drivers and opportunities in order to build sales
strategies and find solutions to problems that arise.
Measure and Monitor sales performance and take action to make improvements
and implement new tactics when needed.
Assist customers and monitor client interaction with the sales team and provide
coaching when needed.
Execute team scheduling, touch bases with the focus of creating a supportive
atmosphere and ensuring everyone is being heard.
Create an optimal balance of sales and customer service by having the right
people, in the right place at the right time through effective scheduling.
Ensure consistent inventory accuracy and controls in the studio.
Full ownership of P+L responsibility in order to achieve sales goals and manage
studio expenses.
Skills:
Fashion Retail experience required.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Sales-driven and goal-oriented attitude
Excellent communication skills
Basic computer skills and the ability to use a point-of-sale system.
Resolving customer care issues
Ability to build relationships with customers.
Adjust quickly to changing priorities and conditions.
Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
Ability to lift 40-pound boxes.
Experience:
Retail Management Experience: Minimum 1 year (required)
Customer service: Minimum 2 years (required)
Fashion retail: Minimum 2 years (required)
