Seeking an experienced District Manager for a Healthcare Services company. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in sustaining and expanding business across the region. Your responsibilities will include building and nurturing relationships with physicians, patients, and peers, collaborating with regional company leadership, and driving both short-term and long-range planning and business development initiatives. You will be accountable to meet sales targets, and continue to maximize all sales opportunities while facilitating exceptional client experiences that align with professional clinical standards within the district. Operations and Project Management:
- Collaborate closely with commercial teams to align and implement strategic business goals.
- Manage the book of business by identifying trends and performing budget forecasting.
- Conduct regular site visits and maintain connections with unit managers.
- Take ownership of the P&L by conducting regular budget reviews and devising action plans to address variances.
- Lead change management efforts across the region and assist with the implementation of special initiatives.
- Ensure consistent communication of business activities and successes.
- Support the development of growth plans and the establishment of new centers.
- Maximize sales by ensuring teams optimize opportunities in scheduling; manage time off requests and the necessary staffing adjustments required
- Develop and present content at Monthly Operating Reviews.
- Cultivate and maintain partnerships with centralized services to streamline operations.
External Relationship Management:
- Develop and nurture relationships with referring physicians.
- Maintain positive working relationships with joint venture partners, if applicable.
People Management:
- Develop, mentor, and coach center managers within your geographic area.
- Oversee the talent pipeline with Talent Acquisition, including interviewing and extending offers to candidates.
- Lead training sessions for center teams.
- Conduct regular team meetings and one-on-one sessions with employees.
- Foster a positive team culture and build strong relationships with your team.
- Collaborate on formal development and succession plans in partnership with HR business partners and operations leadership.
- Lead, initiate, and participate in annual performance evaluations, development, and performance management of associates.
- Ensure the highest level of patient satisfaction by supporting and empowering employees.
REQUIREMENTS
- 5-7 years of experience in a healthcare setting.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
- Multi-site experience preferred.
- Strategic financial experience, including budgeting, P&L management, and workforce planning.
- Business development experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills to maintain and build constructive relationships that produce results.
- 3-5 years of leadership experience, including managing leaders at a manager and director level.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Ability to influence across the organization and work effectively with all levels of management and staff.
