Our NAPA team is growing again! We are looking for an Operations Manager.

The stores to be covered will be in the greater Montreal area, North Shore, South Shore and part of the Mauricie region.

Reporting to the General Operations Manager the incumbent is responsible for the organizational effectiveness of the District’s stores (10-12 stores) in terms of meeting NAPA’s customer service standards, achieving financial goals and supporting the District’s sales development efforts. He/she supports and works collaboratively with store managers to ensure that operational improvement priorities are addressed.

The District Stores Operations Manager is accountable with the Store Manager for:

• Supporting the District Manager with budgeting, performance monitoring and reporting functions.
• Coordinating the implementation of strategies and tools for improving the effectiveness and efficiency of corporate stores;
• Achieving District targets re: Gross margins, FTE, customer service levels, as well as for Corporate Stores’ compliance with NAPA operational standards and procedures;

Under the hood

To Join Our Team, You Need

• Automotive aftermarket and parts supply background and/or knowledge;
• Excellent communication and organization skills with a proven ability to mentor and lead a successful team;
• Bilingual in French and English.
• 3 to 5 years of experience as manager or assistant manager of store operations;
• Strong computer literacy;
• College Degree, with a major in Business administration or equivalent;
