Department Overview
The Global Video Security & Access Control (VS&A) Marketing Team is responsible for developing and executing all strategic marketing and product marketing programs across the globe to drive product awareness, demand generation and sales enablement. The team oversees all global product marketing strategy for the fixed video and access control portfolio, develops messaging and go to market strategy for the VS&A business, creates and drives marketing programs and campaigns aimed to generate leads and build brand awareness among target audiences, including system integrators, end-users and consultants. The Global VS&A Marketing team oversees all aspects of elevating and driving growth for our video brands as a part of the broader Motorola Solutions ecosystem.

Position Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic Sr. Global Regional Marketing Manager with proven experience leading a team and developing and implementing regional marketing programs that drive demand and brand awareness. You will lead a team of marketing professionals who create regionalized campaigns and marketing material to target key industry verticals, generate case studies and act as the key marketing contact for sales and partners.
You will work closely with the global sales and business development organization, customers and partners to understand market and industry trends in each region and tailor marketing plans to grow business.
What You'll Do:
  • Partner with global sales leaders to identify and understand business priorities and translate them into an actionable and measurable marketing plan.
  • Oversee the team’s production and localization of region-specific marketing content, collateral and presentations.
  • Lead the team to develop and execute regional marketing activities that are tailored to each territory’s business priorities and growth. Manage, motivate and inspire with clear direction, strategy and objective goals.
  • Manage regional marketing budget.
  • Define KPIs and goals for the team and report on ROI.
  • Oversee the team’s development of integrated marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation and lead nurturing across the globe. This includes strategy and execution on vertical campaigns, localized material, webinars, case studies, advertising, associations, events and more.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with top customers, distributors and channel partners to help drive marketing initiatives.
  • Pioneer new approaches and ideas to drive business growth through marketing activities.
  • Work collaboratively across teams including product marketing, content and brand, events, performance marketing and more.
Who You Are:
  • Bachelors of Business Administration or related degree
  • 4+ years of people management
  • Excellent written, verbal and communication skills
  • Experience in B2B is a plus
  • Effective problem-solver who is able to drive multiple projects at once
  • Candidate must thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • A self-motivated, critical thinker with strong business acumen who can define, drive and deliver on objectives and is motivated to succeed
  • Knowledge and experience marketing security solutions or other enterprise technology is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and project management skills
  • 6-8 years of experience in a related marketing role
  • Valid Passport, occasional travel is required (about 25%)
