Responsibilities:
Develop Marketing Strategy:
•Create and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to promote KGraph's services and enhance brand visibility.
•Identify target markets, customer segments, and key
marketing channels for maximum impact.
Market Research and Analysis:
•Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
•Analyze data and insights to refine marketing strategies and drive informed decision-making.
Digital Marketing:
•Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, including social media marketing, email marketing, SEO, SEM, and content marketing.
•Optimize website performance, user experience, and lead generation through digital channels.
Brand Management:
•Enhance and maintain the KGraph brand image and identity across all marketing collateral and communication channels.
•Ensure brand consistency and adherence to brand guidelines in all marketing activities.
Content Creation:
•Develop compelling and engaging content for various marketing materials, including website content, blog articles, social media posts, and email campaigns.
Collaborate with internal teams and subject matter experts to gather information and create relevant content.
Lead Generation and Conversion:
•Generate high-quality leads through targeted marketing campaigns and activities.
•Collaborate with the sales team to nurture leads and support the conversion process.
Marketing Collateral and Materials:
•Create and manage the production of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, videos, and other promotional materials.
•Ensure all marketing collateral is up-to-date, accurate, and aligned with brand guidelines.
Performance Tracking and Reporting:
•Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, including ROI, conversion rates, website traffic, and engagement metrics.
•Prepare regular reports to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing efforts and recommend improvements.
Collaboration and Team Management:
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and design, to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
•Provide guidance and mentorship to marketing team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
Requirements:
•Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
•Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role, preferably in the immigration or professional services industry.
•Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
•Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and deliver impactful presentations.
•Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
•Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
