The Opportunity

RAD Torque Systems is seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketing Coordinator with a strong understanding of digital marketing to join the RAD Torque Systems team. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our traditional and non-traditional marketing initiatives to promote our world-renowned products.

You will work closely with the Marketing Manager to execute marketing campaigns, coordinate various digital marketing activities, develop promotional content, assist with video production, website updates, and manage social media platforms.

The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of marketing principles, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Hours of work: Monday to Friday, 8.5-hour days, 40 hours per week. Flexible start times.

The Role and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to create compelling marketing campaigns, marketing content (video and written), including promotional materials, including brochures, presentations, product catalogs, and digital assets.
• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive brand awareness and sales for RAD Torque and its distributors.
• Ensure our website is up to date and optimized for search engines. Coordinate with web developers to implement changes and improvements.
• Assist in planning and organizing trade shows and other marketing events to promote our brand and generate leads.
• Track, measure, and analyze marketing data to evaluate campaign effectiveness and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including creating email templates, managing subscriber lists, segmenting audiences, and analyzing campaign performance metrics.
• Develop engaging and relevant content for different digital platforms, including websites, blogs, and email newsletters.
• Manage the company's social media platforms, create engaging content, and monitor online conversations to enhance brand reputation and engagement.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Collaborate with external contractors, designers, and vendors to develop and execute marketing collateral, advertising campaigns, and digital marketing initiatives.

The Qualifications

• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to take initiative.
• Proficiency in graphic design software and familiarity with design principles is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
• Creative thinking and attention to detail to ensure brand consistency across various marketing channels.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Previous experience in marketing coordination or related roles within the manufacturing industry is preferred (minimum of 1-2 years).
• Proficient in using marketing tools, WordPress, email marketing software, social media management tools, and analytics platforms.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing data and generate actionable insights.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing content and present ideas effectively.
• Previous marketing agency experience will be considered an asset.
