This role can be US-based (Lexington, KY - Valvoline Corporate Headquarters, or remote) or Canada-based.
How You’ll Make an Impact
As a Marketing Manager, you would lead marketing efforts for Valvoline's 100+ store quick lube chain in Canada, Great Canadian Oil Change (GCOC). The stores are comprised of both company and franchise owned stores. In the role, you would be responsible for:
- Marketing program oversight and execution, including vendors. Taking marketing programs from inception to launch on both the company and franchise sides. Developing sell-in of marketing programs for franchisees.
- Managing GCOC general system fund and company store marketing budget
- Managing Franchise relationships and being the face forward for all marketing-related topics.
- Leading strategy for GCOC marketing. Being responsible for traffic driving tactics and delivering same-store performance for company-owned stores.
- Owning the relationship between marketing and GCOC company operations
