The ideal candidate is analytical and has a proven track record of success in B2B healthcare marketing and a passion for driving growth and engagement
Requirements

• Ability to effectively solve problems and handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong knowledge of B2B marketing in Healthcare
• Strong written and communication skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Experience with both print and digital marketing
• Ability to comfortably work in a technology startup environment
• Experience creating marketing campaigns with strong "calls to action" and responses from target market(s).
• Keen ability to communicate and market value propositions and opportunities to multiple stakeholders
• Solid understanding of branding and how to communicate
• 5+ years experience in marketing profession in Healthcare
• Experience with marketing to customer and prospect channels
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the production of artwork, sourcing images, print buying and checking copy
• Work with the team to produce effective content and convert traffic to sales by understanding industry trends and customer mindsets
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, sales, and customer success to ensure alignment and success
• Coordinate marketing and lead generation campaigns with tracking systems
• Organize weekly team and management meetings and reporting on all marketing activities
• Develop case studies, white papers and marketing materials.
• Develop short and long term goals with measurable KPIs
• Develop training materials such as help articles, cheat sheets, video scripts, workflows and manuals
• Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies and tactics
• Research and maintain management and corporate identity
• Support sales with vendor shows, conferences, workshops, etc.
• Oversee all marketing-related activities in terms of communication, style, content, timing and execution to ensure they align with the company’s needs to produce best in class results
• Manage planning logistics, organize onsite events, corporate symposia, and order conference materials
• Develop and implement B2B marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales in the healthcare industry

Bonus Qualifications

• SaaS experience
• Basic HTML knowledge
• SEO and PPC experience
• Experience with CRM software (ideally HubSpot, SalesForce, Zendesk and Thinkific)
• Digital health industry knowledge
