Extensive knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)

Experience working with accounting and tax software

Conduct compilation, review, audit, bookkeeping and tax engagements

Experience in the management of external suppliers of support services

Manage the budget, ROI and performance evaluation of regional initiatives

Demonstrated progressive marketing experience in a fast paced corporate environment

Ability to establish credibility and manage multiple stakeholders

Experience in leveraging social media with proven results in building engagement and audience

Experience in managing a budget in support of marketing and event plans 

Strong file management skills and organization

Manages 24/7 NOC daily operations and performance to ensure passengers and management needs are met including:

Knowledge and understanding of information technology (IT) capabilities and the budget planning and monitoring process.

Monitors and revises standard operating policies and procedures for daily NOC operations to ensure they meet current and future requirements.

Knowledge of the applicable legislation and railway operating rules affecting railway, environmental, public, and employee safety is required.

Experience managing rail operations within a control center is an asset.

Knowledge of Human Resources legislation (e.g. Employment Standards Act, Occupational Health & Safety Act, etc.).

Strong file management skills and organization.

5+ years of Regional Manager experiences

Exceptional customer service skills and demonstrate strong communication and high level of organizational capabilities

Maintain frequent and uninterrupted communication with the Chief Operation Manager, and ensure that daily operational guidelines of the multi-locations are followed.

Language proficiency in English and French, with strong oral and written communication skills

·Maintain knowledge of Canadian accounting standards and updates

Strong attention to detail and project management skills

4+ years of people management

Knowledge and experience marketing security solutions or other enterprise technology is a plus

6-8 years of experience in a related marketing role

Excellent written, verbal and communication skills

Experience in B2B is a plus

Management: Participates with management in periodic performance reviews to evaluate successes and identify areas for further growth

Manages sales pipeline from lead acquisition to quotes by focusing and advancing customers through the sales process, effectively.

Manages plans that are strategically focused, including account profiles, sales opportunity assessments, account objectives and strategies, action plans, and value assessments.

Works effectively with internal functional groups to assist in specialized projects and manages the logistics from start to finish.

Experience: Minimum 5 years' experience working in Life Sciences

Effective verbal and written skills to communicate clearly with clients and team members

Strong computer skills in Word, Excel, Caseware, Caseview and Tax Prep

Attend client meetings, answer inquiries and manage relationships to ensure expectations are met and/or exceeded

Accurately plan, perform and manage detailed file reviews and assurance engagement

5+ years post designation and audit experience
