FULL TIME

Reporting to the Operations Manager and above, the Regional Manager will be in charge of the region or district operating in the day-to-day responsibilities with regards to operations, sales, food and labor and other aspect of the business as the direct report instructs.

The successful candidate must be able to travel in the Montreal and Quebec regions.

What you will deliver:

• Ensure that operational and training standards of multi-locations are consistently enforced and executed by co-workers.
• Assist with tasks such as food preparation, serving customers, cashiering, bartending and maintaining cleanliness standards.
• Maintain frequent and uninterrupted communication with the Chief Operation Manager, and ensure that daily operational guidelines of the multi-locations are followed.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of stores across Quebec
• Supervise regular management performance of multi-locations and evaluate them routinely for growth and improvement.
• Serve as a role model for excellence in customer service, operational efficiency, and adherence to company standards.
• Frequent traveling between multi locations
• Direct sales and marketing for all regional stores, while assisting in the design, development and application of aggressive marketing and sales strategies.
• Work hands-on in store locations to gain firsthand knowledge of the operations and provide support to store managers and staff
• Help develop policies and procedures to ensure the achievement of goals, including but not limited to excellence of customer services, facility cleanliness, and maintenance of daily practice.
• Train, supervise and discipline co-workers of multi-locations on procedures and provide ongoing feedback for improvement.

Expectation of Successful Candidate

• Hands-on experience in providing front-line support
• 5+ years of Regional Manager experiences
• Strong presentation and analytical skills
• Ability to perform all frontline store duties
• Ability and willingness to travel and support stores within the Region
• Exceptional customer service skills and demonstrate strong communication and high level of organizational capabilities
• Ability to implement policies and procedures effectively
• Language proficiency in English and French, with strong oral and written communication skills
• Strong multi-tasking skills and ability to perform tasks effectively under pressure
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• High level of organizational capabilities
