Regional Operations Manager - Maritimes

What are we looking for?

This individual will closely work with the COO and collaborate with other departments within the organization to manage the operation of cities where we operate and lead the way in launching cities under their jurisdiction, the ideal candidate will have:

• Be able to work independently and require little oversight.
• Be creative at problem solving
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Will now have to work with diverse teams.
• Management experience in similar industries.

What will your tasks look like?

• Monitor supply vs demand and support your team in adjusting accordingly.
• Increase brand awareness, working closely with the communication team to make sure the messaging aligns with city specific needs.
• Obtain and secure corporate accounts.
• Travel to Maritime cities and to meet with teams on the ground.
• Administrative tasks as needed, i.e. Payroll.
• Lead a Regional Operations Team to achieve growth targets for each of your cities.
• Work with licensing departments, police departments, insurance agents, etc.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Manage passenger, driver, and community relationships.
