We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Regional Manager to oversee the operations of our client's locations in New Brunswick. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, business acumen, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. The Regional Manager will be responsible for driving operational excellence, achieving financial targets, and fostering a positive work culture within the assigned region.

Responsibilities:

Operations Management:

• Provide strategic leadership and direction to multiple fast food restaurant locations within the region.
• Monitor and optimize daily operations to ensure efficient service, food quality, and cleanliness.
• Ensure consistent implementation of company standards, policies, and procedures across all restaurants.

Financial Performance:

• Implement cost-control measures while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Analyze financial reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales, revenue, and profit targets for the region.

People Management:

• Recruit, train, and develop restaurant managers and staff within the region.
• Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to enhance employee performance and engagement.
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork and recognizes achievements.

Customer Experience:

• Address customer feedback and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive dining experience.
• Uphold the fast food chain's commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and guest satisfaction.

Marketing and Promotions:

• Collaborate with marketing teams to execute regional marketing initiatives and promotions.
• Contribute insights to the development of marketing strategies to drive foot traffic and sales.

Compliance and Safety:

• Conduct regular audits to assess adherence to standards and policies.
• Ensure compliance with all food safety, health, and safety regulations within the region.

Performance Reporting:

• Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and action plans.

Requirements:

• Familiarity with food safety regulations and quality standards.
• Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
• Proficiency in financial analysis and budget management.
• Flexible to travel within the region as required.
• Proven experience in multi-unit management within the fast food or restaurant industry.
