Oversee and manage assigned property management functions to improve efficiency and reduce operating costs

Propose and discuss possible renovations or improvements with Asset Management

$4,300 in yrs 2-3, $7,300 in yrs 4-7 & growing to $14,700 in yr 12+

Prepare & plan for regular clinic visits, prioritizing high volume and underperforming clinics using Active Schedule Management

Expense Management: monitor and manage controllable expenses in clinics, such as supplies, equipment, payroll, staff expenses & maintenance

Inventory Management: Ensure all clinics are following all inventory handling procedures in an accurate and timely manner

Networking: identify candidates with the right skill level and attributes; constantly recruit exceptional talent

Plan to attend a minimum of three (3) Morning Huddles in any one-week period

Complete a Site Visit Report with an evaluation of the clinic & follow up actions to be taken by clinic team

Proven experience in multi-unit management within the fast food or restaurant industry.

Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and action plans.

Proficiency in financial analysis and budget management.

Recruit, train, and develop restaurant managers and staff within the region.

Address customer feedback and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive dining experience.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.

Strong personal and people management skills

Supervising and monitor the execution of Inventory Management team

Post-secondary degree preferred or combined 5+ years of experience in inventory planning

Has experience of managing people and team

Has experience in international trade is a plus

Handle escalations and work with the management team to reconcile variances.

Salary of $80,000 to $90,000 (depending on experience)

Deliver in-store training on a specific product or set of products to enhance client advisors’ product knowledge;

Conduct monthly calls with flagship locations to highlight consumer purchasing patterns, client demographics, business needs and stock liabilities;

Obtain in-depth knowledge of the stores’ VIGs and their purchasing habits;

Support the team in ensuring an elevated client experience and enhance retention through clienteling activities (OTOs etc.);

Set cross-functional monthly meetings with all functions represented (ex. Store planning, HR, operations etc.) and all merchandising managers to share;

Responsible for planning and forecasting requirements, along with the management of slow and obsolete items across the business.

Develop logistical capabilities in order to avoid shortages or wastage or manage crisis when it occurs.

In conjunction with the purchasing and product management teams, ensure the integrity of data for all skus in the ERP system.

Bachelors Degree in supply chain management or General Business.

Monitor short- and long-term supply requirements and develop systems and strategies to meet the needs of the business.

Manage all contracts and agreements within area of responsibility.

5-7+ years of relevant work experience in a manufacturing setting; preferred experience supporting inventory management

Solid knowledge of inventory management in ERP systems, preference to Microsoft Dynamics

Financial planning and analysis (FP&A) experience in a manufacturing and/or inventory management setting

Support the development and maintenance of an efficient inventory management system within the organization’s ERP environment

Develop and document accounting and operational process and procedures around the inventory management and costing processes

Support the development and oversight of gross margin analytics and management reports to enable management in making data driven decisions

3+ years inventory control / management experience

Manage purchase order process which includes entry and receipt of all purchase orders for facility

Setup and manage new supplier’s information in ERP system

Work with managers to maintain an accurate account of non-stock and unavailable inventory

Must have passed CannSell certification and can provide a copy of the certification

Ability to quickly learn and master new skills

Minimum of 5 years experience in inventory management, sales, and marketing

Activate and manage Facebook ads to drive traffic and sales

Excellent organizational and communication skills

Strong attention to detail and analytical skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Experience with Magento and Trello is a plus
