Responsibilities for a Regional Account Manager:

Internal product certifications are available.

0-2+ years of solid, sales experience.

Conducting account and portfolio underwriting activities in a manner consistent with underwriting guidelines and portfolio management requirements established by the company.

Experience in the development and management of marketing plans, business plans and budgets.

Sound management and interpersonal skills in order to effectively work in a multidisciplinary team environment

Knowledge of Surety distribution channels and experience in managing relationships with regional brokers.

Collaborating with colleagues across the Americas and internationally in order to fully leverage surety capabilities and existing customer base.

Demonstrated knowledge and expertise in surety in the Canada.

Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

4 years of experience managing customer-facing programs.

4 years of experience engaging with Sales or Account teams.

8 years of experience in customer-facing IT training roles, including cloud training.

Excellent business process improvement and written/verbal communication skills.

Excellent leadership, quantitative reasoning, problem-solving, creativity, and strategic skills.

Excellent project management, analytical, problem solving, communication and organization skills

Experience with Freshdesk or equivalent incident management tool

Manage customer needs and contract requirements, resources required and deliverables.

Support the Director of Operations in his role to manage operational spending and ensure cost-effective operational efficiencies.

Prepare & plan for regular clinic visits, prioritizing high volume and underperforming clinics using Active Schedule Management

Expense Management: monitor and manage controllable expenses in clinics, such as supplies, equipment, payroll, staff expenses & maintenance

Inventory Management: Ensure all clinics are following all inventory handling procedures in an accurate and timely manner

Networking: identify candidates with the right skill level and attributes; constantly recruit exceptional talent

Plan to attend a minimum of three (3) Morning Huddles in any one-week period

Complete a Site Visit Report with an evaluation of the clinic & follow up actions to be taken by clinic team

Advanced skills in client, association member, and stakeholder relationship management

Project Management Certification considered an asset

Preparing project status and progress reports for management and stakeholders

Project planning, scheduling, marketing, recruitment, reporting, and all related tasks associated with the successful management and execution of various initiatives

Experience working with the Aerospace, Defence and Security Sector considered an asset

Experience managing and/or delivering federal and provincial funded projects considered an asset

Proven experience in multi-unit management within the fast food or restaurant industry.

Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and action plans.

Proficiency in financial analysis and budget management.
