POSITION OVERVIEW

13 Month contract

Reporting to the Director of Visual Presentation, the Manager supports the creation, development, communication and education of National Merchandising and brand presentation in accordance with RW&CO. objectives and strategies.

Responsibilities

• Based on RW&CO. strategies, responsible for the overall creation of the visual presentation, including strategic floor plans and seasonal launches;
• Supervises, coaches and develops Visual Presentation team on visual initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners such as Operations, Merchants, Store planning, to ensure alignment on vision, strategies & execution;
• Partner with Store leadership across Canada for training and guidance materials to educate teams;
• Establishes appropriate merchandising strategy for product, based on quantities and investments;
• Creates and develop Visual signature through merchandising and presentation to deliver a compelling Store theatre;

Qualifications

• 5 years+ experience in visual merchandising in the fashion retail industry;
• Experience in managing a team.
• College degree in visual merchandising, fashion techniques or design or equivalent field of study;
