Business Presentation Specialist Jobs

Defining business problems/opportunities, providing a clear definition, and performing benefit analysis

Performing functional analysis and design, defining, and documenting detailed business requirements and the usability perspective of the project

Strong analytical, mathematical and problem-solving skills

Coordinate and schedule appearances for the Saskatchewan Roughrider Foundation Rider Reading and Win with Wellness programs running from December/January – April

Coordinate and communicate the initial reach out to schools on the Win with Wellness waiting list

Rescheduling appearance that must be moved or cancelled during the duration of the program deliver

Follow up with schools and players as appearances approach with details and send reminder regarding scheduled appearances

Follow up with schools and teachers to gather feedback and stories to assist in further support of the program

Post-secondary education including a degree in business management in accounting

Inventory payables, costing, pricing, including ERP management from parent seed acquisition through to production, processing, storage, logistics and sale of seed

Customer sales and program management – credit, invoicing, program management, credit and rebill, inventory audit, and collections

Office admin, purchasing, filing, contract management, financial compliance

Balance sheet – assets and liabilities

Creates and maintains a Content Management System for Layouts and other store projects.

3 to 5 years of experience in visual presentation with a strong background in display/merchandising/styling

Three years directly related experience including one year at the level of a Presentation Technician.

Requires a superior knowledge and understanding of television program presentation methods and functions.

Supervising experience will be an asset.

Experience in Sales, Business Development, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related fields preferred;

At least 1-3 years experience in a Sales, manufacturing, Planning, or Project Management environment;

Work directly with vendors to conduct purchasing requirements for the business;

Work closely with the Sales Team and Demand Planning team to identify B2B bulk purchasing requirements and B2B bulk sales opportunities;

Work with Finance to ensure payments to vendor are paid as per contract commitments;

Strong decision making and communication (written and verbal) skills;
