For Full-time Employees

Purpose of the role

The incumbent of this position will aim to carry out graphic design projects for the visual presentation department. The person will ensure the execution of daily operations, planning, coordination of all activities and requirements for the La Vie en Rose and Bikini Village banners.

• Participate in brainstorming sessions for creative concepts;
• Participate in quality control in collaboration with the Chief Creative director;
• Develop and apply methods to ensure productivity, quality control and compliance with objectives and deliverables;
• Create mock-ups of all seasonal graphic elements;
• Participate in the search for partners and suppliers;
• Ensures constant communication between suppliers and project stakeholders
• Prepare documents for pre-press;
• Perform other related duties
• Coordinate follow-up with the various suppliers;
• Collaborate in the development of the brand image;
• Establish good business relationships with partners and suppliers in order to maximize their contributions and results to projects and the company;
• Design, create and produce materials for seasonal advertising campaigns (window posters, catalogues, external signage, barricades for openings, etc.) in connection with the positioning of the brand;

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or equivalent;
• Bilingualism in French and English, spoken and written;
• Attention to detail;
• Very good command of Illustrator, Photoshop and In design, Excel as well as the MAC and PC environment;
• Ability to manage multiple files at once;
• Basic pre-press knowledge is required;
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position;
• Good team spirit and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience in retail (asset);
• Strong ability to adapt to change;
• Creativity and passion for the fashion world;
