As a Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in creating visually appealing and compelling designs that effectively communicate our brand's message and objectives. Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Design and create visually captivating graphics, illustrations, and layouts for various marketing materials, including but not limited to brochures, flyers, social media posts, websites, and advertisements.
Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements, target audience, and brand guidelines to develop designs that align with the company's objectives and brand identity.
Utilize industry-standard design software and tools to create and edit digital assets, ensuring high-quality output and adherence to design standards.
Stay up-to-date with design trends, techniques, and best practices to continually enhance the visual appeal and effectiveness of our designs.
Conceptualize and develop creative ideas, storyboards, and mock-ups for new projects and campaigns.
Coordinate with external vendors and printers to ensure accurate and timely production of printed materials.
Conduct thorough quality checks on all deliverables, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to design specifications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including copywriters, marketers, and developers, to ensure seamless integration of design elements into marketing campaigns and digital platforms.
Maintain a digital asset library, organizing and archiving design files for easy retrieval and future reference.
Actively participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to fellow designers, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
Fluently Bilingual (English and French)
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer
Proficient in industry-standard design software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design applications.
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design skills, including typography, layout, branding, and digital design.
Solid understanding of design principles, color theory, and composition.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards while working on multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively articulate design concepts and collaborate with stakeholders.
Ability to work well in a team environment, adapt to feedback, and incorporate changes into designs.
Knowledge of current design trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in graphic design.
Time management and organizational skills to meet project deadlines and manage priorities effectively.
