Junior Graphic Designer Jobs

As a Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in creating visually appealing and compelling designs that effectively communicate our brand's message and objectives. You will collaborate with various stakeholders, clients, and other designers, to develop innovative and creative design solutions across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities

• Testing of new labels and supporting of international teams on it.
• Working with Labels database.
• Define customer journeys and bring solutions to life with artifacts such as user flows, storyboards, wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes.
• Understand and articulate the information workflows, and processes surrounding the user experience. Turn functional requirements into simple user journeys.
• Collaborate with team members to define information architecture, conduct user research, wireframes and mockups that adhere to UX best practices
• Creating testable artifacts and work alongside research teams to create and execute research activities.
• Lead the design and iterate to create simple, impactful experiences and deliver clear, understandable visual design for implementation.
• Work on design of new labels and adding new attributes as for business requirements.
• Supporting production design issues and rules behind it.
• Maintaining and managing the product design libraries.
• Provide guidance on the implementation of UX research techniques and testing activities to assess user behavior.
• Work closely with product managers, developers, and other key stakeholders to lead the design efforts and ensure that design specifications are implemented.
• Lead design reviews with stakeholders and thoughtfully incorporate team feedback.
• Show the value of UX through measurable metrics (analytics, conversions, customer satisfaction, and so on).

Qualifications

• Outstanding graphic design portfolio with exceptional graphic and editing ability.
• 2-4 years of experience working in design, editing and production
• Extensive knowledge of graphic design styles and techniques and a creative approach to problem-solving
• Graphic Design Diploma or Degree
• Keen eye for detail and layout with a creative flair and ability to challenge the status quo.
• Passion for creating breakthrough visual and creative campaigns.
