Role : Environmental Compliance and Permitting Specialist
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement permitting strategies to ensure successful permitting of projects.
• Manage the preparation, submittal, and implementation of environmental permit applications and
related documents for projects.
• Maintain regular communication and engagement with internal teams, external consultants, regulators,
and other stakeholders.
• Coordinate and respond to data requests, regulatory inquiries, and technical studies.
• Develop and manage project timelines and budgets; escalate issues to management as needed.
• Manage regulatory and environmental due diligence activities during site selection and acquisition.
• Maintain technical proficiency in environmental permitting requirements, regulations, and best
practices.
Required skills:
• 5+ years of experience in environmental permitting and/or compliance.
• Expert knowledge of environmental permitting and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Education:
• Bachelor's degree in environmental science, engineering, or related field.
