As Sales Manager you will have the responsibility to lead and support our highly driven team of Pharmacy Sales Representatives who will be focused on calling on pharmacists and pharmacy store managers.
To achieve success in this position you will;
You will be responsible for the implementation of classroom training and field coaching of Impres representatives across Canada.
You will provide guidance and feedback on selling skills, product knowledge and territory management.
You will communicate to management on a regular basis the status of your team's skill development, activity and sales performance.
You will play an important role in the development and modification of training packages for representatives.
Management will count on your assessment of pharmacist response and front store manager response to the promotional message and associated support resources.
You will be assisting management in the recruitment and interview process of candidates seeking to join Impres.
You will act as a liaison between the field, marketing, and upper management.
What you bring to the table...
Strong understanding of OTC/CPG marketing and merchandising is mandatory (experience in dealing with front store managers a must)
Expert in the Quebec pharmacy sector and good knowledge of pharmacy models in other provinces.
Strong experience with managing budgets, comfortable with strategy and strong operational skills.
Strong experience in detailing the pharmacist and front store expertise.
No previous management experience required.
Experience in training and coaching new representatives is an asset
Excellent Communication/Presentation Skills
Unusual level of Drive, Competitive Spirit and Track Record of Achievement
As this position requires in-person interaction within healthcare settings we require full vaccination for COVID-19.
Valid Driver's License and access to vehicle for Field Visits
Ability to travel up to 20%
Computer Software Literacy - Microsoft Office etc.
Bilingual (French and English) is required
