We are looking for a Regional Resource Manager (RRM); responsible for sourcing inventory to meet demand within their assigned region, overseeing the annual physical inventory for their branches, and driving best-practices down to the branches in their area of responsibility. Successfully performing these functions requires a high degree of organization, ability to recognize and adapt to shifting priorities in a dynamic business environment, and emotional/intellectual capacity to handle short periods of high stress.

Responsibilities:

• Remain calm and collected under pressure and know when to escalate to management
• Perform job site and/or branch yard visits as required
• Work with peers within the department to implement better solutions for forecasting and managing demand
• Use perpetual inventory system and other tools to identify sources to meet demand, organize shipments from source yards to destination yards or sites
• Track and organize branch requests for inventory
• Build and maintain rapport with branch operations teams in the assigned region

Qualifications:

• Experience in Supply Chain, Sourcing, Forecasting and Materials is ideal
• 3 - 5 years of related experience with an inventory management or accounting
• Solid customer service orientation
• Strong Proficiency with Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
• Experience in a Field Services business is ideal
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills – not afraid to pick up the phone or schedule meetings
• Experience in a matrix organization is preferred
