Compliance Manager Jobs

POSITION SUMMARY

Compliance manager is responsible for implementing and overseeing the day-to-day regulatory operations of the

company, and will work in multi-disciplinary teams to provide guidance for the marketing, customer support, claims

administration and related services for new programs and offerings as more fully explained in the “Key Responsibilities”

section below.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Responsible for administering and enforcing regulatory processes in coordination with business

development, solutions and project management teams. Oversees day-to-day regulatory operations

2.Responsible for maintenance and renewals, and where necessary, procurement of, the service

contract administrator, insurance producer and related intermediary licenses on behalf of Servify and

its clients;

3. Responsible for working with key stakeholders to draft the terms and conditions of proposed service

contract, warranty or similar plan offerings under the direction of the leadership team.

4. Manages the compliance due diligence reviews for new clients, assists internal and external audit

teams with reseller and vendor compliance audits

5. Acts as a resource for general compliance questions, regulatory guidance for new program

implementations and competitive analysis for regulatory strategy.

6. Works with regulators to resolve objections to proposed protection plan offerings

7. Direct interaction with external clients for licensing and related support; manages communications with

same

8. Liaison with industry trade groups to stay on top of regulatory developments and distribute internal

communications on key regulatory updates

9. Performs other functionally related duties as assigned
