Job Description

Agile Premier is looking for a Regional Outside Sales Manager responsible for leading a team of outside salespeople to launch and grow profitable sales of Decking, Railing, and Outdoor Structures (DR&OS) within the Montreal Metro Area. The candidate will provide leadership and support to their team by being present in the field for joint sales calls, relationship building, prospecting, value creation, and training; as well as work across all levels of the company and region regardless of reporting structure to accomplish strategic goals.


Responsibilities:

  • Joint sales calls with field sales team to visit customers and provide on-the-job training
  • Communicate with clarity the plans and objectives, establishing consensus, and building a sense of ownership and expectations for the team.
  • Take a leadership role in setting sales and margin goals for DR&OS for the Region
  • Perform hands-on product knowledge and value proposition training for associates and customers.
  • Market analysis and sales strategy development.
  • Work with the Regional Manager to create and execute short and long-term sales plans that are measurable and have a clear objective.
  • Launch, grow, and expand product offerings to be a complete source for customers.


Qualifications

  • Excellent face-to-face sales, training, and presentation skills with both small and large groups
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office - Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.
  • Ability to work with all levels of personnel within the organization
  • Candidates must have at least 1-3 years of working background in Sales for decking, railing, or outdoor accessory market.
  • Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to effectively motivate and support the sales team
  • Driven and results-oriented, with the ability to support sales teams in new product expansion to meet company targets
