This position will support the industrial division within Trojan Technologies.


Ideal candidates are based in the Southern California area.


Position Summary


Responsible for growth and expansion of direct sales and profit margins within assigned accounts and/or territory/region on products or services. Establishes professional relationships with key personnel in customer accounts. Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and margin dollars.


Accountabilities


Commercial Execution


  • Main point of contact for Customers, Consultant Engineers, Regulatory Agencies, Contractors and Representatives.
  • Responsible for system sizing, pricing and negotiation of PO/agreement/contract terms and conditions.


Channel Partner Management


  • Works with Representatives to ensure quarterly and annual sales targets are understood, constantly in view and met (if not exceeded) for the assigned territory.
  • Establishes and maintains effective day to day operational relationships with channel partners, agents, OEM’s within the assigned territory.


Plan and Forecast Management


  • Develop annual comprehensive territory plan for each Representative firm through the identification of trends, and opportunities in the local market.
  • Accountable for development and achieving in forecasting quarterly, annual & long-term territory, PO and Bid volumes.


Qualifications:


  • Demonstrated skill and experience in managing a territory utilizing a CRM including planning, forecasting, managing and implementing sales plans.
  • Post-Secondary education plus 5 years of relevant technical sales management and marketing experience with a demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales plans. Preference for a strong Engineering Background.
  • Capability to travel within territory for significant portions of each fiscal year (could be in excess of 60% of the time).


The salary range for this role is $90,000 - $100,000 base. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.


This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
