Regional Sales Manager Jobs

The ideal candidate will be reporting to the Sales and Marketing Director and is responsible for building and leading a Sales Team in all day-to-day activities. The Regional Sales Manager will provide strategic sales leadership for the growth and development of the assigned territory and be accountable for ensuring that the region achieves agreed-upon financial, strategic, and operational goals and objectives

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction for a team of direct reports and indirect reports and secure their cooperation to successfully meet regional and organizational performance requirements
• Manage a team of Technical Sales Representatives to ensure annual sales and performance targets are met or exceeded
• Provide ongoing guidance, tools, and training to the regional sales team to ensure that they are positioned as the industry leader
• Ensure the delivery of optimal regional results against annual budget targets and appropriate performance metrics
• Ensure an understanding of the organizational and regional business plan throughout the region

Qualifications

• MUST have strong leadership skills
• 5 Days in Office role
• Bachelor's Degree and 10+ years of Sales experience
• MINIMUM 5 years of management experience
• Extensive ability to manage and direct business development programs with directly related experience in sales, business development, and experience managing large clients
