Job Description

Freshslice Pizza, Canada’s #1 Pizza by the slice & fastest-growing Franchise is looking for a dynamic individual to join our team based in Lower Mainland, BC.


:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced District Manager to join our team. As a District Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a portfolio of locations within your assigned district. Your role will involve ensuring that all locations deliver exceptional customer experiences, achieve sales targets, and maintain operational efficiency. You will provide leadership, guidance, and support to Store Managers, drive consistent execution of company strategies, and foster a culture of excellence.


Responsibilities:

  • Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and implement performance improvement plans when necessary.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of store employees.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to Store Managers, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and high performance.
  • Oversee the operations of your assigned stores within the district, ensuring they operate efficiently and in alignment with company standards and objectives.
  • Ensure all locations adhere to health and safety regulations and maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for customers and employees.
  • Set sales targets, monitor performance metrics, and implement strategies to achieve and exceed sales goals.
  • Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and make informed business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, HR, and finance, to drive consistent execution of company initiatives and ensure effective communication across all levels.
  • Manage budgets, expenses, and inventory levels to optimize profitability and reduce costs.
  • Conduct regular store visits to assess operational performance, identify areas for improvement, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Foster positive relationships with stakeholders, including customers, employees, suppliers, and community members.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a District Manager or in a similar multi-unit management role.
  • Ability to travel within the district as required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • In-depth knowledge of retail operations, sales strategies, and customer service principles.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong business acumen with a focus on driving profitability and growth.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve targets.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent


Salary: $60,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
