Commercial Capabilities Manager At a Glance


As the Commercial Capabilities Manager- you will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing the overall commercial capabilities of our company. This role requires a deep understanding of business processes- organizational development- and project management. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement- develop strategies to build capabilities- and implement effective solutions to drive commercial organizational success


What's on the menu?


  • Act as a change agent- promoting a culture of continuous improvement and innovation across the organization.
  • Drive the adoption of Agile- Lean- and other process improvement methodologies- providing coaching and support to teams as needed.
  • Develop and implement best practices- methodologies- and tools to enhance efficiency- effectiveness- and collaboration across teams.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between teams- ensuring a shared understanding of goals- priorities- and progress.
  • Implement comprehensive change management strategies and plans to support the successful execution of business transformation initiatives.
  • Define and implement the roadmap for process improvement and ways of working across the commercial organization.
  • Establish and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of process improvement initiatives and drive continuous improvement.

Office Collaboration & Hybrid Work Environment


We believe our office environment fuels our collaboration, connection & community as an organization and allows our employees to grow toward greatness. We also believe providing a more flexible and agile model is essential in today’s workplace. A majority of our office-based employees will be able to work remotely for up to two days each week.
