- Maintaining operations by implementing policies and standard operating procedures.

- Leading Food & Beverage team in booking, preparing, and executing all F&B related events (50-100 persons).
- Monitoring staff performance and provide coaching, training or mentorship as required.
- Exceeding customer expectations by monitoring, evaluating, and auditing food, beverage, and service offerings; initiating improvements; building a relationship with guests.
- Work with General Manager to develop annual budget.
- Providing weekly and monthly updates and reports to General Manager on restaurant revenue, customer feedback and Inventory management.
- Providing solutions to the guest complaints, ensuring guests are satisfied and sharing guest concerns & feedback with the manager.
- Manage weekly staff schedule.
- Monitoring and ensuring completion of all opening and closing procedures of the restaurant.
- Coaching employees on cost controls and implement best practices to ensure financial responsibility.
- Ensuring all the equipment and work areas are clean, safe to use, and properly working.
- Providing culinary experience to our guests as per our Service commitment, Service Beyond.
- Should be eligible to work in Canada full-time.
- Minimum 2 - 3 years of Restaurant Manager experience is required.
- Able to lift, push or pull up to 40Ibs.
- A high school diploma or GED requires. A diploma or degree in hospitality is an asset.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and flexible hours.
- Must have Serving it Right Certificate or equivalent.
- Able to work overtime is a requirement.
- Good wine knowledge or a certified sommelier is an asset.
- Experience with the restaurant point of sale system is an asset.
- Able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.
- Minimum 1 years of coordinating events experience is preferred.
- Driver's license is required.
