Our client is a prominent regional restaurant group with a growing portfolio of successful establishments in the food service industry. Led by Jackson Stewart of Lock Search Group, we are committed to excellence in hospitality and are now seeking an experienced and dedicated Regional Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team. With multiple restaurants currently under their banner and plans for expansion, this leadership position presents an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in our organization.

As the Regional Restaurant Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the overall operations of restaurants, ensuring seamless and efficient functioning while upholding the highest standards of service, quality, and safety. Your strong leadership skills, business acumen, and passion for hospitality will inspire and motivate the teams to deliver exceptional experiences to our valued guests.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the development and implementation of operational strategies to maximize efficiency and profitability.
• Address any operational challenges or guest complaints promptly and professionally.
• Identify training needs and support the development of restaurant staff to deliver outstanding service.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute regional promotional and marketing initiatives.
• Work closely with the executive team to achieve overall company goals and objectives.
• Analyze market trends and competition to identify growth opportunities and make strategic recommendations.
• Working with regional chefs to ensure front and back of house alignment
• Coaching and developing not only GM’s but all team members
• Lead and mentor restaurant General Managers at various locations, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
• Monitor financial performance and collaborate with General Managers to meet revenue and cost objectives.
• Ensure consistent adherence to company standards, policies, and procedures across all sites.
• Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality, cleanliness, and adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Flexibility to travel within the region to support and oversee different restaurant locations.
• Exceptional business acumen and financial proficiency to drive revenue and maintain cost controls.
• Proven experience as a Regional Multi-Site Restaurant Manager or a similar leadership role within the restaurant industry.
• Extensive knowledge of food service operations, quality standards, and guest satisfaction principles.
• Strong leadership and management skills with a track record of inspiring and motivating teams to achieve results.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships at all levels.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred) but open to a combination of educations and experience within the hospitality field
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities effectively.
