About This Team
FP&A is responsible for planning and managing lululemon's overall financial performance. We are an amazing team of passionate, active and dedicated leaders who are counted on as a key business partner in strategic and operational decisions. a day in the life

• Redesign and change management of capital forecasting and accountabilities within FP&A and the business.
• Oversight of the EPM Finance applications, ensuring efficiency, accuracy and continuous systems development for planning and analysis.
• Execute on portfolio of in-flight projects, solutions and deliverables for the rapidly changing FP&A environment, including automation, & data and process transformations
• Responsible for enhancing FP&A service levels through communication & execution of corporate processes across forecasting and capital and enhance business facing communication on key deliverables and actions.
• Work with limited direction, usually within a complex and changing environment, to drive delivery of solutions.
• Bring a deep understanding of FP&A guidance and operational experience to identify areas for optimization.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, presence and relationship building skills
• Previous consulting experience is beneficial, or practice in driving strategic direction
• Systems saavy; experience with Enterprise Performance Management system (Oracle a bonus)
• Proven track record of leadership, including mentoring, coaching and development of team
• International experience ideally within a complex, matrix management organization
• Experience in working with FP&A areas while contributing to senior management decision-making on how the technologies should be leveraged and integrated.
• 10+ years FP&A
• Solid understanding of project management techniques, methodologies, and best practices
• Experience within company finance of a listed company
