This role is responsible for developing growth marketing strategies, optimizing engagement with high-value accounts, and building a comprehensive Go-to-Market playbook. With a focus on revenue-centric marketing, the Director leads end-to-end management of marketing programs, leveraging data and insights to inform targeted strategies and prioritize initiatives based on revenue impact and ROI. The role also emphasizes collaboration and alignment with cross-functional teams, fostering a revenue-focused culture and driving organizational buy-in for B2B revenue marketing. Additionally, the Director ensures measurement and optimization of marketing campaigns through the use of metrics, dashboards, and Agile methodologies, while providing leadership, development, and fostering a culture of agility and continuous learning within the marketing organization

The Director of Advice Marketing reports into the AVP Advice Marketing and plays a crucial role in driving revenue growth, enhancing the customer experience, and leading a high-performing marketing team within the Advice Marketing organization.

What We Are Looking For


  • Strong analytical skills and ability to apply data-driven decision-making to solve complex challenges.
  • Experience in creating and executing revenue-focused marketing campaigns, transitioning from brand-centric to revenue-centric approaches.
  • Drive for continuous improvement and learning, staying updated on current trends and technologies in Insurance, Banking and B2B marketing.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, fostering collaboration and alignment across cross-functional teams.
  • Results-oriented mindset, focused on driving measurable impact on revenue.
  • Ability to identify and address potential roadblocks, while proactively mitigating risks.
  • Creative and innovative approaches to problem-solving, leveraging ABM and new tactics to address unique customer needs.
  • Strong organizational agility, adaptability to evolving market dynamics, and effective prioritization of resources.
  • Minimum of 8 years of strategic marketing experience, with a focus on revenue generation and B2B marketing.
  • Knowledge of the sales cycle and revenue goals, with a focus on sales alignment and revenue-based KPIs.

Salary & Benefits


The annual base salary for this role is listed below.


Primary Location


CAN, Ontario, Toronto, 200 Bloor Street East


Salary range is expected to be between


$100,500.00 CAD - $180,900.00 CAD
