Job Description
Steve Marshall Ford is Looking to Grow Our Team! Are you a marketing pro with a passion for the automotive industry? As our Digital Marketing Director at Steve Marshall Ford, you'll help customers find their dream cars and provide them with an exceptional buying experience. We offer competitive compensation packages, ongoing training and development, and a team-oriented work environment that's as cool as the cars we sell.


This awesome opportunity will share time managing the digital marketing for Steve Marshall Ford (80% of time) and Rollin Island Autos (20% of time).


Responsibilities:


  • Plan and execute digital marketing budgets
  • Develop strategies to drive online traffic to the company's website/social media
  • Raise brand awareness and online presence through digital marketing projects and campaigns
  • Stay on top and review new technology trends and opportunities to ensure the company remains a digital marketing leader within the industry, and in digital marketing space
  • Develop and manage all aspects of the company’s digital marketing campaigns
  • Implement paid search, PPC, and SEO strategies/campaigns
  • Tracking conversion rates – what worked, what didn’t, and why?


Requirements:


  • Social media experience in designing and managing posts and projects
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic design skills
  • Experience with data analysis, content creation, and SEO/SEM
  • Working with a CRM system


Wage:


  • Plus a BONUS plan based on leads generated and sales from promos
  • $60,000 per year salary

Ability to commute/relocate:


  • Position is in Campbell River, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
