Wash and vacuum service customer's vehicles

Clean vehicles going out for delivery

Moving vehicles around the lot

Assisting other staff where required

Manage work-flow to ensure customer promise times are met and the mechanical shop is run efficiently

Understand and apply warranty policies and procedures to ensure correct job goes to correct technician with skill level

Dealership experience in a similar position: 3 years (Required)

Dependent on experience; $50,000 to $80,000 per year, depending on experience

Dispatch work to service technicians to maximize shop productivity and efficiency

Work closely with parts department and technicians to ensure all parts are ordered and job is completed quickly

This is not your first accounting rodeo! You’re an experienced accountant, preferably at a previous dealership (CDK is a major asset!)
