Budget Rental Agent (Aurora Ford Yellowknife)

Aurora Ford Yellowknife is looking for a Budget Rental Agent to join the busy team!

As a Rental Agent with Budget Rental, you will assist each customer with their vehicle rental to ensure a positive customer experience, while also promoting our additional products and services utilizing proven sales techniques. The ideal candidate for this position is energetic and motivated, has a passion for customer service and sales and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Other job duties include maintaining the cleanliness of store, inspecting vehicles and assisting with washing cars and moving vehicles. You will be working indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions. Weekends are required.

Budget Rental Agent Requirements

• Ability to work independently and as a team player
• Work well under pressure
• Proficient computer skills
• Customer service/sales experience
• Strong communication skills
• Assertive Sales Approach (Bonus is based on individual sales)
• Reliable transportation
• A valid driver's license is required
• Willing to work various shifts, including weekend
• Car Rental/Travel experience preferred but not required
