About the Role


At Twelverays, we are on the hunt for a highly-skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Project Manager to lead and execute our diverse range of digital campaigns. The role is central to ensuring that our marketing efforts are not just creative but also highly effective, maximizing ROI for our clients and our business.


As a Digital Marketing Project Manager, you will serve as the linchpin between creative minds and business objectives. Your primary focus will be on planning, executing, and closing projects— ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. You will be the main point of contact for internal teams and external clients, responsible for gathering requirements, setting objectives, and maintaining quality throughout the project lifecycle.


Overall you will...

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and content creators.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans that include timelines, resources, and budgets.
  • Monitor, track, and report on project metrics to all stakeholders.
  • Oversee the quality of deliverables, ensuring they meet Twelverays’ high standards and client expectations.
  • Maintain a customer-focused approach, ensuring clients are updated and satisfied throughout the project.


Within 1 month you will...

  • Resource Inventory: Identify available resources including staff, technology, and budget.
  • Project Assessment: Evaluate existing and upcoming digital marketing projects to understand their scope and requirements.
  • Introduction and Training: Familiarize themselves with the company's products, services, and digital marketing strategies.
  • Team Building: Meet and establish rapport with the digital marketing team and other departments they will interact with.
  • Initial Client Meetings: Meet with key stakeholders or clients to understand their expectations and objectives.


Within 3 months you will...

  • Project Kick-off: Officially launch new digital marketing campaigns based on the initial plans developed.
  • Team Coordination: Regularly schedule and lead meetings to ensure tasks are on track.
  • Quality Checks: Review deliverables for quality and adherence to objectives.
  • Budget Monitoring: Keep an eye on project budgets and re-adjust as needed.
  • Preliminary Reporting: Start providing initial analytics and KPI reports to stakeholders.


Within 6 months you will...

  • Resource Re-allocation: Based on performance data, reallocate resources to maximize returns.
  • Optimization: Implement changes to campaigns based on analytics and performance data.
  • Performance Review: Conduct a comprehensive review of all running projects to evaluate their success and ROI.
  • Client Feedback: Hold meetings with stakeholders or clients to get feedback and make necessary adjustments.
  • Scaling: Prepare and plan for scaling successful campaigns and potentially discontinuing underperforming ones.


Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a managerial role.
  • Strong data analytics skills, proficient in tools like Google Analytics and Excel.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills for team collaboration and client interaction.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities, including multitasking and time management.
  • High attention to detail in quality assurance and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple digital marketing campaigns from start to finish.
  • Experienced in SEO, SEM, and Social Media Marketing.
  • Proficient in project management software like Asana or Jira.
  • Ability to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize revenue.
  • Strong analytical and financial acumen for budget management.
  • Familiar with digital marketing tools such as Google Ads and Facebook Business Manager.


Compensation and Benefits


Salary Range

The starting annual salary for this position ranges from $50,000 CAD to $70,000 CAD, based on experience.
