We are looking for a talented and passionate Manager, Digital Marketing to join our team and own our digital campaigns, reporting, and advertising strategy.Reporting to the Director, Digital & Product Marketing, the Manager, Digital Marketing is responsible for the planning and execution of all digital campaigns and reporting across multiple departments, including partnerships, content, social media, and paid advertising. This role will also be responsible for developing our internal ad-trafficking strategy across our digital products for our clients and partners.
This is a manager-level role with a high ceiling of growth opportunity, so we are looking for a candidate that is both strategic and executional. RESPONSIBILITIES
·Plan and execute all digital marketing and digital advertising campaigns, including but not limited to:
·Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
· Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and
customer touchpoints.
·Work collaboratively with the Content and IT teams to build and optimize landing pages and fine-tune the user
experience across CFL.ca.
·Develop and manage automated reporting for marketing campaigns
·Manage the internal ad trafficking process and strategy for CFL.ca using Google Ads Manager
·Work with external stakeholders to plan, execute, and measure our paid advertising strategies across
programmatic, display, video, and social media.
·Conduct market research and analyze trends to optimize campaigns
·Work closely with the Business Intelligence team to build and ensure reports are accurate and understandable.
·Develop robust customer journeys across the CFL’s digital products using UTM strategies, SEO practices,
custom event tracking, etc.
·Work closely with the Sr. Manager, Marketing Automation & Acquisition on copy and content planning across
our MarTech channels.
QUALIFICATIONS
·Degree in marketing, communications, or equivalent
·At least 3 years of experience in a leadership and strategy role in a digital marketing function
·Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and
display advertising.
·Past experience building UTM campaigns and developing KPI benchmarks
·Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
·Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
·Excellent analytical skills and experience with marketing and web tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Tag
Manager, Tableau, HTML, Zapier, Opt-in Monster, SEMRush, Looker).
·Experience in content and social management tools (Emplifi, Sprout, Wordpress)
·Strong project management skills (knowledge of Monday.com, Jira, or Confluence considered a plus).
·A strong ability to work proactively and problem solve on the fly – we move fast and we need you too as well!
