JOB DESCRIPTION At M Moser, we seek to hire individuals with diverse characteristics, backgrounds and perspectives. Working in a multidisciplinary team of architects, designers, engineers and construction professionals providing professional design and construction services to our clients, this is an ideal opportunity for individuals looking to develop their international experience with an international firm. You will work with M Moser’s North American and Global teams to deliver design and build projects to our global and North American clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the compilation of trade package tender documents and tendering.
- Provide guidance and commercial insight to project team members
- Compile progress claims and lead the review with the project teams.
- Lead commercial performance evaluation on project completion.
- Review and advise on Head Contract rights and obligations.
- Assist with preparing design stage budget estimates
- Preparation and presentation of initial cash-flow forecasts
- Ensure compliance with the company’s policies and procedures concerning legal, financial and administration matters.
- Compilation and delivery of commercial reports to the business unit leaders.
- Collaborate with the Construction and Design teams to ensure commercial processes and operations are as effective, efficient and transparent as possible.
- Perform contract reviews
- Track project financial performance and provide financial analysis
- Assist with organizing securities such as bank guarantees, insurance bonds, etc.
- Lead the pre-qualification of new and existing vendors
- Manage project procurement process
- Write project performance reports and provide recommendations for the project team.

Qualifications & Core Competencies
- Strong negotiation skills.
- A degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or Engineering discipline.
- Highly motivated with a passion for delivering excellence to clients.
- Excellent technical grounding in all aspects of quantity surveying and cost management.
- Minimum five years’ experience in a similar role.
- Experienced in advising clients on value management, value engineering and life cycle costing.
- Excellent time and task management skills.
- High level of proficiency in written and spoken English, coupled with exceptional report writing skills.
- Ability to work on multiple projects.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
