• Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents
• Ensure detailed documentation of business requirements and operational methods
• Develop sustainable, repeatable and quantifiable business process improvements
• Recommend changes to established methods, propose alternative and new solutions to improve operational efficiency
• Support Trainers and provide information to help build the training strategy
• Re-engineer processes, and create digital workflows that support our business objectives

We Are Seeking a Candidate With

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Analytical and technical skills
• Comprehensive knowledge of Change Management and Process Improvement principles
• Conceptual thinking and creative problem solving skills
• Collaboration and negotiation skills
• Certification in Business Analysis and/or project delivery experience as a Business Analyst
• Advanced MS Office skills, particularly MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
• Ability to lead and influence others to get things done

If you have one of these, it's even better:

• Experience working with operational teams
• Project/Product knowledge and experience within the telecom industry
• A bachelors degree in industrial engineering, business management, IT, management of information systems
• Knowledge and experience with ServiceNow
• Knowledge of how the voice organization works, the tools they use (EOM, BCRIS, NM1, ARICS, etc) and the products they support.
