Job Description

A business analyst – SME is needed to provide the functional requirements for a logistics client. The Individual should bepassionate about technology, experienced in developing and managing cutting edge technology applications.


Process Skills:

  • Communicate User story walk, MVP demonstration, product rollout plan
  • Managing daily operations like scrum calls, quality test, reporting etc
  • Manage Features, Epics, and user story using tool like JIRA
  • Communicate & report using JIRA and dashboards
  • Train, Truck, Ocean, Air operations and import / export
  • Identifying & detail out Features, Epics, and user stories
  • Consult with the business and product owners to prioritize and shape the product backlog, using Agile practices for
  • Experience in B2B, B2C, Mobile Apps / technologies, Web, RFID, AGV, Voice technology, BoTs,
  • Engage with stakeholders to identify, develop, document, validate and endorse the requirements
  • Experience in at least 3+ areas like Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Transportation, Intermodal orMultimodal, Locomotive Maintenance, Track maintenance, and Operations management like Inventorymanagement, Warehouse management, Fleet management, distribution, planning and scheduling, procurement,freight management, HR, Assets management
  • Gather, analyze, document, and validate the needs of the business stakeholders / product owner
  • Demonstrate agile behavior that emphasizes collaboration, delivery, reflection and improvement
  • Experience analytics and business value driven reporting
  • Prioritization around business value
  • Technical background or knowledge or good understandingof mobile and web technologies
  • Experience with Agile methodology
  • Identify, deliver, prepare material, and deliver training to internal and external stakeholder
  • Experience in project implementation using onsite / offshore or multi-location team
  • Good to have any certifications in - Logistics, Intermodal, Supply chain specific.
  • Experience in implementing TMS/WMS using ERP, SAP, Oracle
  • Experience in projects implementation, change management and continuous improvement plan

Behavioral Skills:

  • Possess good behavior skills.

Qualification:

  • Education qualification: BE/MCA or equivalent technical degree from a reputed college.
  • Somebody who has at least 12+ years of work experience as a Business analyst.
