🎩 About the position

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to lead product development for our software platform within our agency. You will be the primary voice of the customer and responsible for guiding our small but nimble team to build the right solutions that achieve our business objectives. You will need to take strategic decisions, keep all stakeholders aligned and scope product features for all stakeholders to see, and contribute to helping to grow a cross-functional and self-organizing team.

We are building a platform that allows users to streamline their creative operations for paid social.

We work with leading brands like Bumble, Hopper and Turo on the agency side, and we are building a solution to replace our agency down the road entirely.

🎯 What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with UX/UI team and developers to define intuitive software interfaces and experiences.
• Facilitate Agile rituals like sprint planning, backlog grooming, standups, demos, and retrospectives.
• Work closely with leadership, business stakeholders, and customers to understand strategic goals and translate them into a product roadmap and actionable user stories.
• Facilitate and lead grooming and brainstorming sessions with the team to collaboratively define the scope and “done” criteria for each feature.
• Communicate and present effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Manage multiple stakeholders while keeping product development focused
• Is responsible for defining and prioritizing product requirements; making user stories ensuring the development team understands the vision, and validating that the delivered product meets the needs and expectations of stakeholders and users.
• Make data-driven decisions on product features and prioritization to deliver maximum value.

📈 What you’ll bring:

• 3+ years of experience successfully leading product management for SaaS or web platforms
• Experience working within digital agencies preferred
• Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic thinking
• Knowledge of UI/UX and familiarity working with development teams
• Comfortable operating in a fluid, fast-paced environment
• Agile mindset focused on rapid iteration and customer value
• Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize complex information
