Job Description

Our client (one of the world's largest quick service restaurant companies in Canada) is looking for a Assistant Property Manager to join their team on a 8 months contract with option to become permanent at the end of the contract.


FULLY REMOTE OPPORTUNITY BUT CANDIDATE MUST BE IN CANADA


Responsibilities:

  • Vendor changes, updating vendor database
  • Small reconciliations, invoices, POs
  • Lease Administration experience
  • PM team uses a ticketing system that the PAs will work through; assigned a specific territory and 400-500 locations per property manager.
  • General admin support
  • Experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, or Property Administration would all be a plus
  • Experience working in commercial real estate would also be a plus
  • Coordination between the Franchise and Landlords


Qualification & Experience:

  • High volume environment, highly organized
  • 2-3 years experience ideally in Admin or Property Admin
  • Basic accounting knowledge
