ABOUT THE POSITION

As a Senior Property Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving success and shaping exceptional living experiences. Your expertise and strategic mindset will be instrumental in leading and coaching a high-performing team, ensuring they embody our company's values in their everyday interactions. By understanding the needs of our community and residents, you will work tirelessly to deliver high-value services and support that exceed customer expectations. You will be doing site-to-site travel and have an office base as well.

• Manage the financial performance of the property, ensuring adherence to budgetConduct building and move-out inspections, ensuring compliance with health and safety guidelinesOversee planned preventive maintenance, and implement energy conservation measures
• Experience in property management, hospitality, or retail/commercial operations
• Build and lead a diverse team, fostering a culture of care, respect, and trust
• Provide regular coaching and performance feedback to empower team members and align them with the big picture
• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement effective strategies for attracting residents seeking exceptional living experiences
• Make capital allocation decisions to maximize asset valueParticipate in acquisition due diligence, property changes, and employee support programs
• Outstanding communication skills in English and French
• Foster the professional growth and development of team members through knowledge-sharing and collaboration
• Guide and inspire the team in executing sales, marketing, and operational activities to achieve occupancy and customer retention goals

THE REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years of professional experience in property management, hospitality, or retail/commercial operations
• Maintains a professional appearance
• Ability to work outside of core hours as required
• Possesses vehicle for transportation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French
• Demonstrated success in team building and leadershipProficient in computer programs relevant to property management

COMPENSATION

• $110,000 + per annum (based on experience)
