Retail Inventory Management Specialist Jobs

Process Materials Requirement Planning Lists (MRP)

Opportunity to train and work with industry leading companies

Run MRP list daily and flip planned orders to purchase requisitions (PREQ)

Ensure that no duplicate PREQ are out for materials at once

- Generate all operational and management reports

- Bachelor’s in Supply Chain Management or related field

- Explore the system's reporting capabilities to extract valuable insights for decision-making

- Strong organizational, interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills

- APICS Certification is an asset

- Identify any tasks or processes that could be streamlined or automated within the system

·3+ years of experience in inventory management, preferably with SAP ERP.

Role: SAP Inventory Management Specialist

·Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field.

·Use SAP to manage inventory levels, including cycle counting, inventory reconciliation, and reporting.

·Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Flexibility with regard to job responsibilities

Knowledge of the retail industry

Continuous analyzing market trends and reports

Creating and updating documents and reports

Assess the replenishment needs on a daily basis, based on current actual sales

Performance analysis on a weekly, monthly and seasonal

Bachelor's degree in automated manufacturing engineering, LOM (Logistics Operations Management), industrial engineering or BAA with a specialization in LOM

Work closely with various departments to understand processes, requirements and possible improvements.

Minimum two years experience in a similar position

Experience in the aeronautics field, an asset

Certifications: CPIM from APICS, an asset

Power BI knowledge, an asset

1-3 years previous experience in a related field (planning, analytics, forecasting, inventory management)

Project Management & Analysis for streamlined NSOAR project types.

Oversee inventory management across AREA of ownership for all projects in portfolio.

Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, data analysis or equivalent experience in a similar role

Manage assortment and inventory parameters via Anaplan & RMS to maintain depth replenishment, proper demand edits.

Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

Meets requirement of 100% client retention

Manage client satisfaction by following through on client requests, seeking additional resources as needed

Coordinate/manage necessary repairs with transportation vendor- both mechanical and physical vehicle damage- based on client parameters

Manage drivers in rentals and vehicle surplus to maximize fleet efficiency with an eye on cost containment

Self-starter, ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively

College degree preferred /or 3 years Customer Service experience

1-3 years of experience in a similar role

Strong work ethic and interpersonal skills, enjoys working as part of a team

Proficient in Microsoft Office. SAP experience as an asset

7+ years’ experience in the retail industry in supply chain and/or merchandise planning

3+ years of leadership experience with cross-functional teams

High level of analytical skill and judgment, combined with strategic problem solving

Advanced knowledge of Excel. SAP or JDA knowledge is preferred

Strong problem solving and decision-making skills in ambiguous environment
