Execution Processes in Event Systems - EMC, Campaign Desk, MaSH, Calendar, Contracts, Seismic, Lead Uploads, Web Updates, Localization Requests

Ensure Bill 96 Compliance for Canada

Coordination with Azure BG's workshop and hack field request processes

Liaise with management to identify their needs and ensure customer satisfaction

Excellent communication skills, verbal and written

Basic knowledge of computer applications

To be a successful Event Marketing Assistant you need to meet the following Requirements:

Providing a high level of customer service and customer satisfaction

Excellent time management, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Degree/diploma in Business, Hospitality or Event Management an asset.

Prior restaurant experience and working knowledge of Tripleseat and Sevenrooms are assets.

Maintain complete knowledge and comply with all Glowbal Restaurant Group policies and service procedures.

Foster and maintain excellent communication with all managers within Glowbal Restaurant Group.

1+ year experience in similar position.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Assist in the preparation and coordination of event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, and equipment rental.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other event management software is a plus.

Assist with event setup, registration, and breakdown to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Coordinate with volunteers and event staff to delegate tasks and ensure all responsibilities are fulfilled.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with team members, vendors, and event attendees.
