Jr Project Coordinator Jobs

Founded in 2009, Stage2Data is an award-winning Cloud Service Provider (CSP). We specialize

in backup, disaster recovery, and cloud infrastructure solutions, and the often-neglected

networking portion crucial to these services and solutions.

Due to our continued growth, we for an amazing Jr. Project Coordinator to join our team. This

role will work together with the Sales and Technical teams to ensure the smooth creation of the

scope of work (SOW) and project plan for all installation projects.

The company is based out of Oakville, ON; however, this is a remote position. There will be

occasional requirements to come into the office for client or team meetings.

You will be responsible for:

 Ensuring a SOW is in place along with a project plan and timelines for completion

 Assigning resources of both internal team and customer resources for completion of projects

 Ensuring the project team adheres to provided timelines and deliverables

 Ensuring documentation is maintained throughout the length of the project

 Communicating plans, actions, risks, and issues with key stakeholders

 Solving any issues that may arise during the project

 Managing and building relationships with multiple teams

 Assisting with administrative functions and processes

 Managing day-to-day activities for the Project team

 Analyzing project data and producing progress reports

 Confirming that all tasks have been completed at the end of a project and receiving signoff from the customer

To be successful, you will have:

 Relevant project management degree or certification

 At least 2 years of hands-on experience in project coordination/management

 Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

 Experience with project management software (eg. Trello Board) an asset

 Proven self-starter with strong work ethic, high energy, and positive attitude

 Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills

 Well organized and able to prioritize tasks

 Results and detail-oriented

 Recognized analytical skills
