Job Description
The Project Coordinator role at Orium is an exciting opportunity for someone who is energized by delivering value through organization and communication. You'll collaborate closely with our cross-functional delivery teams to ensure the successful and timely completion of projects, consistently exceeding our clients' expectations. Reporting directly to our Director of Client Experience & Advisory, you’ll handle various crucial coordinating tasks, including project schedules and risk management, maintaining project documentation, and creating status reports. Your ability to deliver value through meticulous organization and reporting will be pivotal in driving our continued success. The ideal candidate will be someone with exceptional organizational, time management, and communication skills, combined with a proactive approach to finding innovative solutions.

Responsibilities


  • Monitor and track project information, including project documentation, deliverables, change requests, communication, change management, status reports, risks, and issues.
  • Handle ad-hoc duties as required.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional delivery teams to ensure project management activities are effectively followed.
  • Build and maintain plans, schedules, and reports.
  • Assist in project coordination and synchronization activities.
  • Support project leaders with administrative duties related to project management, including team member hours tracking and budget reporting.
  • Proactively address clients' evolving needs throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Provide regular and detailed updates to project stakeholders.
  • Plan, schedule, and document internal and external project meetings.


Skills And Qualifications


  • 1+ years of project coordination or relevant experience.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or related field.
  • Technology industry experience is an asset.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, XP) and related tools (Jira, Asana, Confluence) is a plus.
  • Exceptional organizational, time management, and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
