Title: Senior Technical/Integration Project Manager
Location: Mississauga, ON (Hybrid Role)
Duration: 06 month(Contract)
Job Responsibilities:
The Senior Technical/Integration Project Manager (TPM) will dedicate their time helping the Integration team with planning, tracking, coordinating, and implementing all appropriate activities necessary in delivery of program business goals related to systems integration for RIM solution.
Due to the complexity of the program, systems integration work requires extensive collaboration with multiple partner systems within the organization. That means the Senior Technical Project Manager’s primary focus will be within standard project management responsibilities in addition to supporting the team’s Scrum Master.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with the team on identifying, documenting, and tracking all activities driving towards delivery of full integration of partner systems
- Manage removing impediments for the team, e.g., schedule conflicts, cultural barriers, external interference
- Responsible for helping the team to identify and then manage risks, dependencies, milestones, and due dates across all integrations
- Support the Scrum Master and Product Owner in running appropriate Agile and SAFe Ceremonies (standups, demos, backlog refinement, retros, PI Planning, etc.)
- Responsible for tracking and reporting the status of the integration activities
- Facilitate ceremonies for Integration Community of Practice and ensure continuous communication across the teams
- Responsible for scheduling and facilitating discussions and follow-ups between the primary and partnering systems
Main requirements/ Qualifications:
- 6-8 years of experience as a Project or Program Manager driving delivery of sophisticated, enterprise-level solutions involving external and internal teams and partners in a global organization
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodology and project tasking tools (i.e. JIRA, Miro, Lucid Charts, Smartsheet's, etc.
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing projects delivering complex integration and migration work
