Technical Project Manager (Remote)

Employer is seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to join their team and make a significant impact by implementing new eCommerce and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and technologies. This initiative aims to enhance their marketing and sales capabilities, elevate customer experiences, and drive operational efficiency. The Technical Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the successful implementation of these new systems and technologies. This pivotal role involves leading cross-functional teams, collaborating closely with marketing and sales professionals, developers, designers, and external vendors to seamlessly integrate these systems into their existing infrastructure. The Technical Project Manager must possess a unique blend of technical expertise, strong project management skills, and an in-depth understanding of marketing and sales processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive project plan for implementing new eCommerce and CRM systems (Salesforce), defining goals, deliverables, milestones, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Lead cross-functional teams comprising marketing and sales professionals, developers, designers, and external vendors.
• Create and maintain project documentation, including functional and technical specifications, workflows, and test plans.
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, ensuring effective communication, coordination, and knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements, identify project risks, and develop mitigation strategies.

Requirements

• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, JIRA).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• 3-5+ years' experience as a Technical Project Manager, preferably in marketing and sales, with a focus on eCommerce and CRM implementation – Salesforce strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms, CRM systems (Salesforce), and related technologies.
